Very disappointed in the anti tip feet. They should be metal instead of plastic. While trying to adjust them with a crescent wrench the plastic wouldn™€™t hold. I had to tip the freezer and use a six point socket which also started to round the plastic nut!

Small issues?

So it was delivered less than an hour ago. Use and Care Manual says to set the anti-tip bracket until it contacts the floor. There are two on the front. One moves fairly easy, the other seems to be really stuck and won't budge and the whole thing moves when you open the door. Will update when we have a chance to use it and hopefully get the issues resolved.

The freezer arrived in good condition. All the shelves were attached on the inside and easy to adjust. The freezer was easy to level and foot cover caps were included. It cooled down in less than 24 hours. It is only a few weeks old now and is full and running great! So far, so good.

Purchased this new freezer after my last one died. So far everything is working great. I love that it has an interior light and also a light on the bottom that illuminates letting you know that the freezer is on. It also comes with an alarm signal that will let you know if the door is not closed.Another great feature is that it is a garage rated freezer so it can withstand higher/lower temps.

We purchased the same model previous to this one. That one had a dent in the side which we overlooked, but within 36 hours it went from zero° to 40 while running constantly. This replacement has performed perfectly from day one and we are hopeful it continues. Can't ask for more than a appliance to do what it is supposed to do! P.S.- the first freezer had to have been dented before being boxed as the packaging was perfect all around verified by myself and my wife. Was not the delivery guys who damaged it.

Great Product. Once we plugged it in it took about 8 hours for it to get cold enough to transfer food from out other freezer to the new one. We had a Frigidaire freezer but it was just a little too small. It was about 11 years old and worked perfectly. We donated it to Habitat for Humanity and they were very pleased to receive it. Hope the next family gets good use from it.
